Can we choose our own songs?Absolutely. We're happy to learn and perform songs that are meaningful to you. We can also help guide song selections if you'd like recommendations for your ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception.
Do you provide your own equipment?Yes. We provide all instruments, sound equipment, and amplification needed for our performance. All we require is access to power when amplification is needed.
Can you perform outdoors?Yes! We love outdoor weddings and events. We simply ask that a suitable covered area be provided in the event of extreme weather to protect both the musicians and instruments (from rain and extreme heat/sun).
Can you learn a song that's not on your repertoire list?In most cases, yes. We're happy to learn special requests with enough notice before your wedding date. Let us know your song ideas and we'll confirm whether they are suitable for acoustic arrangements.
How far do you travel?We regularly perform throughout the Salzburg & Tyrol regions. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, and we'll provide a clear quote before booking.
What is your cancellation policy?A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable, but if circumstances change, we'll do our best to accommodate a reschedule based on availability.
